This program prepares youth for life after high school. Life skills, soft skills development to secure sustainable employment helps scholars transition seamlessly into adulthood. Paired with mentors, participants receive kid-glove treatment to evolve into successful adults. Quality in-school and out-of–school programming is critical to youth engagement to help them avoid negative behaviors and choices, staying focused on their dreams and goals.
