2025 WEALTH & WELLNESS SUMMIT
Participants explored a holistic, intersectional approach to living their best lives while preparing for life’s unforeseen moments.
The sessions touched on caring for the mind, body, and spirit, with a focus on healthy living for both men and women. Conversations around financial planning covered savings strategies, insurance, cryptocurrency, and long-term investments, while discussions on long-term caregiving highlighted planning with intention and compassion.
The series also addressed navigating career transitions, including coping with job loss, understanding individual rights, and leaning into necessary pivots. Finally, participants were guided through the importance of estate planning, with insights into wills, trusts, and long-term legacy planning—along with additional tools and resources to support long-term stability and well-being.
